The Change Scholars: Cultural Leadership & Advocacy Program is open to all Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee undergraduate and graduate-level students. The program provides an active and experiential learning experience for a cohort based, multi-racial group of students to develop leadership, facilitation, advocacy, and community building skills through the lens of anti-racism and intersectional frameworks.

Change Scholars will meet weekly for 1.5 hours, and serve in their Scholar role for seven consecutive months within the academic calendar year.
